GENERAL CLEANING
All cleaning to communal areas such as hallways, stairs, post room and entrances is included in your monthly fee, plus consumables, hygiene products and cleaning to our nine fully appointed ladies and gents wash rooms. OFFICE CLEANING You choose if you want to use our professional cleaning staff to come into your space and clean your office as you require and at your convenience. All this at a very competitive price due to the fact that we already clean half of the units in the building. OFFICE IMPROVEMENTS
Should your company require extra shelves, office partitions or a completely new look, you have to look no further as all these skills and designs are only a telephone call away - at a price you can afford. INTRUDER ALARMS
We are pleased to offer a fully approved NACOSS intruder alarm, installed by skilled technicians. There are two levels offered: Silver, which has a digital communicator which telephones three nominated keyholders of your choice; and Gold, which is Redcare 24 hour monitoring of the alarm from a central station. In the event of alarm activation, they will call the three nominated keyholders and contact the police. SECURITY
CCTV cameras, maglocks, secure 24 hour access and security patrols around the well lit perimeters. RECYCLING AND WASTE DISPOSAL
We recycle paper, cardboard and wooden pallets. We can also offer a confidential document shredding service. Our staff clear all waste products every working day. You do not pay extra charges for the government land tax; waste clearance is part of your monthly fee.
